Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
This privacy policy describes how CJMR FRANCE, a société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000.00, registered with the Meaux Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 977 951 318, whose registered office is at 53 bis, boulevard Antoine Giroust, 77600 Bussy-Saint-Georges, France, processes the personal data collected through the website operated under the Think Art brand.
CJMR FRANCE acts as data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR).
2. Data collected
In connection with the Coming Soon page and, more generally, the operation of the Think Art website, CJMR FRANCE collects only the data strictly necessary to manage sign-ups and exchanges with the people interested in the launch of the brand.
The data liable to be collected notably includes the email address and, where applicable, any other information voluntarily provided through the sign-up or contact form.
3. Purposes of processing
The personal data collected through the website is processed for the following purposes:
- managing sign-ups to the Think Art waiting list;
- sending information about the launch of the first collection, news, invitations, new releases and the universe of the brand;
- answering contact or information requests;
- following up on relations with the people who have expressed an interest in Think Art.
4. Legal basis
Where data is collected through the waiting-list sign-up form with a view to sending electronic communications, the processing rests on the consent of the person concerned, obtained through a clear affirmative act, in particular by means of an unticked checkbox where required.
For unsolicited requests sent through a contact form, the processing may also rest on CJMR FRANCE's legitimate interest in answering the enquiries it receives and in organising its pre-contractual exchanges.
5. Data recipients
The data collected is intended solely for the authorised persons within CJMR FRANCE, within the limits of their respective duties, in order to manage the waiting list, contact requests, exchanges with the people interested in Think Art and, more generally, the launch of the brand.
It may also be processed, on behalf of CJMR FRANCE, by technical providers and processors acting under its authority, in particular:
- Infomaniak Network SA, as host of the Think Art website;
- Odoo Online, used by CJMR FRANCE for the collection, recording, organisation, administration and storage of the data relating to sign-ups and the associated communications. Client databases are hosted in the Odoo hosting region chosen by the client, notably in Europe when that region is selected.
The providers involved in the design, development or technical maintenance of the website are not intended to process the personal data collected through the forms where that data is transmitted directly to the tools operated by CJMR FRANCE, notably Odoo Online, except in the event of exceptional technical necessity, strictly supervised and limited.
All of these providers and processors act only on the instructions of CJMR FRANCE and in compliance with the applicable obligations regarding confidentiality, security and the protection of personal data.
6. Hosting of the website and data
The Think Art website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, whose head office is at rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (GE), Switzerland.
The hosting of the website concerns the publicly accessible web infrastructure, while the data collected through the forms may be integrated, managed and stored in the Odoo Online environment used by CJMR FRANCE to administer sign-ups and the relationship with the people interested in the brand.
According to the Odoo Cloud documentation, client databases are hosted in the chosen hosting region, notably in Europe when that region is selected.
7. Data transfers and location
CJMR FRANCE ensures that the processing of personal data carried out through its providers takes place under conditions compliant with the GDPR.
Where the services used involve cloud infrastructure or technical operations liable to entail processing outside the country from which the website is consulted, CJMR FRANCE ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, notably through the required contractual framework with its processors.
As regards Odoo Online, the publisher's documentation states that client databases are hosted in the chosen region, while specifying certain technical operations related to the cloud environment.
8. Retention period
The personal data collected through the Coming Soon page is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
In practice, the data of prospects signed up to the waiting list may be kept during the launch phase of Think Art, then for a maximum of three years from the last contact or interaction initiated by the person concerned, unless a specific legal obligation applies or certain information needs to be kept for evidentiary purposes.
9. Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the applicable regulations, every person concerned has the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of their data, to object to it and, where applicable, to receive it in a portable format.
Where the processing rests on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
These rights may be exercised by sending a request to CJMR FRANCE at the following address: contact@think-art.com.
The persons concerned also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the applicable regulations.
10. Cookies and trackers
The website may use cookies and other trackers necessary for its proper operation, for browsing security, for audience measurement or for improving the user experience.
Where required by regulation, the placing or reading of certain cookies is subject to the user's prior consent; the user must be able to accept, refuse or configure their choices in a clear and balanced way.
11. Security
CJMR FRANCE implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of the personal data collected through the Think Art website, taking into account the nature of the data processed and the risks presented by the processing.
This requirement also extends to its processors and technical providers, which must offer sufficient guarantees under the GDPR.
12. Updates to this policy
This privacy policy may be amended at any time to reflect changes in regulation, in the services offered, in the organisation of CJMR FRANCE or in the technical tools used to operate the Think Art website.
The applicable version is the one published on the website as at 9 August 2026.
